We are taking robust measures to ensure that the well being of our clients is of utmost importance during the global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID- 19).
The health and safety of our clients is our top priority and these measures are constantly updated, guided by current alerts and information from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Public Health England.
We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times and in response to the Coronavirus.
Walk-ins will not be allowed.
Appointments will be booked with thirty minute gaps to allow sterilising procedures to take place.
The entrance will be locked until five minutes prior to your appointment taking place.
Due to time restrictions late arrivals cannot be accommodated and your appointment will be cancelled(payment will still be required)
Please do not bring anyone with you this includes children.
On arrival all clients will have their temperature taken and be required to wash their hands.
Hand sanitiser will be available.
Masks are compulsory to be worn and only removed for treatments on your face.
If you do not bring one then masks will be available for a small charge of £1.
If you show any symptoms of Covid-19 you will not be allowed to enter and
Your appointment will need to be rebooked for two weeks time (payment will still be required)
Please bring the correct cash for the treatment you are having to limit unnecessary contact.
Please only bring essential items such as keys, money and phone
(bags and unnecessary items will not be allowed in)
If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your allotted time you will still be required to pay in full, this is due to the limited slots currently available.
I will be wearing the appropriate PPE for all treatments this includes gloves,mask,apron and a face shield, all equipment excluding the face shield will be single use and changed for every appointment, the face shield will be sterilised before each appointment.
There will be a protective shield on the manicure table for all nail treatments.
All bins have been replaced with foot operated lids and paper towel dispensers have been installed in the treatment room and the bathroom(as such all hand towels have been removed)
There will be an automatic soap dispenser in the bathroom.
In between each treatment all three rooms will be sterilised including handles and any products touched or used.
The couch will be covered in a sterile wrap which will be sanitised after every client and disposable couch roll which will be replaced for every appointment.
