Important Covid-19 Information

We are taking robust measures to ensure that the well being of our clients is of utmost importance since the global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID- 19). 

The health and safety of our clients is our top priority and these measures are constantly updated, guided by current alerts and information from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Public Health England.  
 

We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times and in response to the Coronavirus.

Walk-ins will not be allowed.

Appointments will be booked with fifteen minute gaps to allow sterilising procedures to take place.

The entrance will be locked until your appointment time.

Due to time restrictions late arrivals cannot be accommodated and your appointment will be cancelled(payment will still be required) 

Please do not bring anyone with you this includes children.

Hand sanitiser will be available.

If you show any symptoms of Covid-19 you will not be allowed to enter and

Your appointment will need to be rebooked for two weeks time (payment will still be required)

Please bring the correct cash for the treatment

Please only bring essential items such as keys, money and phone

(bags and unnecessary items will not be allowed in)

If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your allotted time you will still be required to pay in full, this is due to the limited slots currently available.
